Breaking News!

     Just got wind their gonna move the Poughkeepsie Skatepark. Yea, it's better than just scrapping it but word says it will be moved to Eastman Park on South Ave where the YMCA used to be. I'll keep you guys informed but check out Poughkeepsie Park Moving for more info. Here's something I took from their FB page:

Hello Poughkeepsie Skaters (and Bikers)! I got a FB message yesterday morning from someone in the know about waterfront development that said that the skatepark in Waryas Park will be relocated at some unknown point in the future to Eastman Park (behind the old YMCA). I went to the Common Council meeting last night and addressed the Mayor on this issue, as myself or others directly involved with the operation and maintenance of the park were never informed that it would be moving.

Now I am not necessarily opposed to it being moved, IF it means a new and better park! (meaning real concrete not prefab ramps)

I was told by the Mayor that the process was in the initial pre-planning stages and we (meaning) the skaters would be involved in the process. Stay tuned to this page for updates and tell your FB friends to LIKE the page and ADD IT TO THEIR INTERESTS so they see all the posts!

Procrastination

     Sorry guys for the lack of posts I've just been shooting a lot lately. This past Wednesday I went down to the Brooklyn Bowl to film Dynasty Electric and Hank and Cupcakes (too many hipsters for my liking). This Saturday I will be filming a new OGM music video and the days in between I have been using my new Zoom recorder to learn how it operates. Ready for this one, I read (some) of the manual first! Either way skate weather is here and I will be out on the search for skaters to film for our big project Skate Film 2013 (hell no, we ain't callin it that but for now thats what it is). Spring Cleaning

I'm probably gonna clean up the site a little bit, delete some pages and shit. I wanted to have everything posted stored somewhere accessible but haven't been doing a great job at it so... fuck it. This site has become not want what I pictured but that doesn't mean I'm disappointed more surprised. It's new aim is getting as much shit posted as possible, rather than logging all entries.
